In the area of public procurement, Tereza provided advice to a number of subsidy recipients, municipalities, health insurance companies and other public entities. Tereza is also engaged in lecturing. Tereza regularly organises training, seminars and webinars for Weinhold Legal clients and the general public, in particular on personal data protection issues and also cooperates with Czech universities. Tereza also publishes articles in legal journals and on the Internet. In her publishing activities, Tereza focuses mainly on commercial law, public procurement law and personal data protection. Tereza graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague in September, 2014. In 2017, Tereza graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the South Bohemian University. During her studies Tereza also spent a month studying law at Bremen University of Applied Science. Tereza passed the Czech Bar Exam in 2017. Tereza joined Weinhold Legal in September 2013 as a paralegal and has been a member of the Czech Bar Association since 2018. Tereza is a member of Weinhold Legal’s German desk. Jakub specialises primarily in M&A and IT/IP law, where he has experience in negotiating, preparing and executing both complicated international transactions and local deals with an emphasis on finding practical solutions and on smooth implementation of transactions. Jakub gained extensive experience in, among other things, legal advice in the field of venture capital, fintech and other modern technologies. He also focuses on legal advice in corporate law, general commercial law practice, private asset management and dispute resolution.
