WFG Real Estate

The Weinhold Legal team successfully represented WFG Real Estate in the acquisition of an industrial complex located in the cadastral area of Týn nad Vltavou near České Budějovice for a purchase price exceeding EUR 8.5 million, and in the subsequent sale-and-leaseback of the complex in favour of one of the TÜNKERS group companies owned by its German parent company.

Weinhold Legal provided full legal support to ETAREA Invenium in its acquisition of a 100% stake in Pactio DB, from the Pactio Invest group. Pactio DB is the owner of 33 commercial non-residential units in the center of Dolní Břežany.

Weinhold Legal provided comprehensive legal advice to the companies of the JAMP, s.r.o. group in the acquisition of KONEVOVA s.r.o. from Raiffeisen stavební spořitelna, a.s. KONEVOVA s.r.o. is the exclusive owner of the no. 2747 on Koněvova Street in Prague 3 - Žižkov, the former headquarters of Raiffeisen stavební spořitelna. The property includes, in addition to office premises and other premises used for business, also flats.

Wienerberger

Weinhold Legal advised the Wienerberger Group on a comprehensive GDPR readiness project. The firm continues to provide day-to-day data protection advice across the group in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and acts as Data Protection Officer (DPO) for all group companies in both jurisdictions.

PORR / Alpine Bau

Weinhold Legal provided comprehensive legal advice to the biggest Austrian building contractor PORR in connection with agreements for the transfer of all shares in ALPINE Bau CZ a.s. from PSJ Holding. The Czech-Slovak group Alpine Bau is active in building and construction sector. Annual Alpine Bau sales were approximately CZK 2.5 billion. The company employed around 450 employees. This transaction was reported by media as probably the largest acquisition in the Czech construction market over the last ten years.

Grandi Stazioni

Weinhold Legal represented a subsidiary of an Italian investor in court proceedings regarding contractual claims arising from the termination of a major lease contract. The client successfully claimed over a half of billion CZK.

Palais Lobkowicz (Federal Republic of Germany)

Weinhold Legal advised Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany on legal matters connected with acquisition of Palais Lobkowicz in Malá Strana, Prague, a historic building built in the 18th century with special importance for Germany, which is used by the Embassy as its main premises. Following negotiations the parties agreed instead of a transfer on a long-term lease of the building by Germany.
