Clients who are regarded as consumers within the meaning of applicable Czech law may contact the Czech Bar Association (www.cak.cz) as the entity authorised to provide assistance in out-of-court dispute resolution, where, within the meaning of applicable Czech law, a consumer dispute has arisen in connection with an agreement on the provision of legal services.
