Our corporate culture

Our corporate culture is based on trust, openness, and mutual respect. Even though there are dozens of us, we still address each other informally, meet across teams, and share not only our work but also the joy we derive from it. In Weinhold Legal, everyone has the space to be themselves, express their opinions, and contribute to how our law firm looks and functions.

We believe that the company is there for the people and the people are there for the company. Everyone has their role, their voice, and the opportunity to grow. At the same time, we know that it is through cooperation and shared values that we can achieve more together than we can alone.

Martin Lukáš

Partner

Martin is a partner at Weinhold Legal and head of the firm’s IT and IP group (TMT).

Martin began to work at Weinhold Legal in 1998 and since that time has participated in a number of major projects in the areas of corporate law, M&A, litigation and arbitration, IP/IT law, competition law and public procurement.

Tereza Hošková

Managing Associate

Tereza has been working at WL since 2013. She started as a student and gradually worked her way up through the positions of Junior Associate and Senior Associate to a management position in 2020. She is now actively involved in the direction of the office and creating visions for the future.

Tomáš Novák

Senior Associate

Tomáš joined Weinhold Legal as a student in 2017 as a legal assistant. In May 2022, after graduating from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, Tomáš smoothly transitioned to a junior position. Tomáš, thanks to his exceptional work results in 2024, he was promoted to the position of Senior Associate. In the fall of 2025, he successfully passed the bar exams.

  • Interviews (usually two rounds)
    • It’s important for us to get a genuine feel for one another and check we’ll work well together – both professionally and personally. We start with a short intro with HR/the hiring manager, followed by a role-focused conversation with key people for the position. There’s always time for your questions and honest feedback.
  • Fast feedback
    • We decide quickly – you’ll receive feedback within a week of the first meeting, or at the time we mutually agree.
  • Offer
    • If it’s a match, we’ll finalise the details and agree your start date.
