Our corporate culture
Our corporate culture is based on trust, openness, and mutual respect. Even though there are dozens of us, we still address each other informally, meet across teams, and share not only our work but also the joy we derive from it. In Weinhold Legal, everyone has the space to be themselves, express their opinions, and contribute to how our law firm looks and functions.
We believe that the company is there for the people and the people are there for the company. Everyone has their role, their voice, and the opportunity to grow. At the same time, we know that it is through cooperation and shared values that we can achieve more together than we can alone.
We support education and development—every Friday we devote time to training, offer mentoring, and provide regular feedback. - Interviews (usually two rounds)
- It’s important for us to get a genuine feel for one another and check we’ll work well together – both professionally and personally. We start with a short intro with HR/the hiring manager, followed by a role-focused conversation with key people for the position. There’s always time for your questions and honest feedback.
- Fast feedback
- We decide quickly – you’ll receive feedback within a week of the first meeting, or at the time we mutually agree.
- Offer
- If it’s a match, we’ll finalise the details and agree your start date.
