Mgr. Bc. Tereza Hošková

Tereza Hošková is a Managing Associate at Weinhold Legal, where she focuses primarily on data protection and cybersecurity, public procurement, ESG, and commercial and civil law.

Tereza has provided legal services to a wide range of international and Czech companies, including P3 Logistic Parks, Angelini Pharma Česká republika, the National Organisation for the Verification of Medicines, companies within the Veolia Group, Robert Bosch, Wienerberger, Svoboda Press, Penta Investment, Metrostav, OHLA, Billigence, Sherlog, Editel, TPA Audit, GZ Media, and Resistant AI.

In the area of public procurement, Tereza has advised numerous grant beneficiaries, municipalities and local authorities, health insurance companies, public benefit organisations, and other public sector entities, including the Capital City of Prague, the Ministry of Regional Development, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Transport, the Prague 3, 10 and 13 Municipal Districts, the Export Guarantee and Insurance Corporation, the State Investment and Development Company, the State Agricultural Intervention Fund, the Institute for Public Administration, the Institute for Postgraduate Medical Education, the National Pedagogical Institute, Brno Waterworks and Sewerage, and Food Banks.

Tereza is also actively involved in lecturing and training activities. She regularly organises training sessions, seminars, and webinars for her clients as well as for the general public, particularly on regulatory matters, data protection, cybersecurity, and public procurement, and also cooperates with Czech universities. In addition, Tereza publishes professional articles in legal journals and online. In her publications, she mainly addresses current topics in the areas of commercial law, public procurement law, and data protection.

In 2009, Tereza completed both the Czech and Austrian secondary school leaving examinations at the Austrian High School in Prague. In 2014, she graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, and in 2017 she obtained further education in economics. She has been with Weinhold Legal since 2013. In 2017, she passed the Czech bar examination and was subsequently registered as an attorney with the Czech Bar Association.

In addition to her native Czech, Tereza is fluent in German and English.
