Managing Associate
Václav Štraser is an attorney at law and has worked at Weinhold Legal since 2007.
In addition to his general commercial law practice, Václav advises on real estate, corporate restructuring and acquisitions law (including due diligence work and contract negotiations) and has also significant experience in corporate and civil law and contractual documentation regarding securities and derivatives.

The initial term of the contract is ten years, during which the total rent is up to 8 billion Czech crowns.

Weinhold Legal participated in the successful completion of the acquisition of the B&B Hotel in Prague's Florence district, executed by Amundi Realitní fond KB3. The hotel will become part of a transformational project that aims to turn the area into a modern and lucrative space in the coming years.
