Senior Associate
Karin Konečná is an attorney-at-law registered in the Slovak Bar Association since 2008 and in the Czech Bar Association as a European attorney since 2021. Karin has been working at Weinhold Legal for more than ten years. She has also worked for an international German law firm and for one of the largest Czech banks.
Karin has been engaged in numerous corporate restructuring projects, securing loan financing, financial intermediation and real estate transfers. She has particular practical experience in commercial, corporate, real estate and employment law.
Karin graduated from the Faculty of Law Comenius University in Bratislava in 2004. She also studied European Studies at the University of Hamburg, Economic University in Bratislava and FOWI Institute in Vienna.
Karin has co-authored publications in the field of labour law „Redundancy Law in Europe“ and “Age Discrimination Law in Europe” published by Kluwer Law International BV, Holland 2008 and 2009 and has participated on surveys for the World Bank in the field of real estate and market competition.
Karin speaks English, German, Slovak, Czech and has a basic knowledge of French as well.
