We’re looking for someone we can count on. If you value precision, are good at organizing your work, and enjoy a variety of tasks, you might be just the person we’re looking for. We believe that administrative work is more than just support—it’s a role that enables the entire team to function effectively. We’re looking for you if you like to keep your assigned tasks organized, see things through to the end, and want to be an important part of a top-tier law firm.
What You Can Expect:
- Part of the Legal Team: You’ll become an integral part of our team, where we all pull together and are happy to help one another. You’ll provide day-to-day support to our lawyers.
- Diverse Responsibilities: The work here is varied. Part of it involves routine tasks, such as arranging document translations, sending regular reports, managing data boxes, preparing materials for client meetings, drafting meeting minutes, and managing incoming and outgoing mail. Thanks to your work, our lawyers will have all their materials ready on time, clients will receive high-quality service, and the firm will run smoothly.
- Interesting Projects: You’ll have the opportunity to participate in various projects—from managing internal systems to preparing materials for business proposals to developing the firm’s marketing communications.
- Teamwork: You’ll never be on your own; you’ll share tasks within the team with other colleagues who won’t let you down.
We believe this is the right job for you if you have:
- A high school diploma.
- Experience in administrative work, advanced knowledge of MS Office, and an eye for precise formatting of texts and documents.
- Very good knowledge of English, which you’ll actively use when communicating within the team and when preparing documents for clients.
- Fluent Czech at a native speaker’s level.
- A desire to work in a legal environment and an interest in learning new things.
- A proactive approach and organizational skills.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and good communication skills. We’ll be happy to teach you everything else!
What we can offer you:
- A full-time position in a TRULY friendly team with a human touch and a family-like atmosphere.
- You can start IMMEDIATELY.
- Beautiful, modern, and easily accessible offices right in the center of Prague (Florentinum).
- Thorough training—we’ll walk you through all the processes step by step at the beginning.
- A work-life balance that actually works: 5 weeks of vacation + 5 sick days.
- Meal allowance (flat-rate meal vouchers) and discounted cell phone plans.
- Well-being support: Regular energy boosts in the form of healthy snacks in the office, group sports activities, and the option of a MultiSport card.
- Competitive compensation that reflects your experience to date—we’ll discuss this openly during our very first meeting.
