Mgr. Šimon Kroupa
Junior Associate
Šimon is a junior associate at Weinhold Legal since 2025. He focuses primarily on civil and corporate law.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague (2023). During his studies under the Erasmus+ program, Šimon completed German law studies at the University of Hamburg, where he focused mainly on commercial law and his thesis focused on civil procedural law. In addition, throughout his studies Šimon worked as a legal assistant in several Prague law firms engaged in general practice. After graduation, he worked briefly in a law firm also with a more general focus.
Apart from Czech, Šimon is fluent in English and German.
