Mgr. Petr Šuchma
Junior Associate
Petr graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague in January 2024. He has been part of the Weinhold Legal team since 2025, working as a Junior Associate. Before joining Weinhold Legal, he worked at the same position for a year and a half in a reputable international law firm. Before that, he worked as a parliamentary assistant to a member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic and as a paralegal in a Czech law firm.
He focuses on commercial and civil law, in particular on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, general commercial law, and real estate.
Petr speaks fluent English and has a medium advanced knowledge of Spanish.
