Ondřej Tejnský is an attorney at law and has been with Weinhold Legal since 2022. Ondřej is based in the firm’s Brno office.
Ondřej provides legal advice mainly in the field of labour, civil, commercial and corporate law, where he has extensive experience in day-to-day advice for Czech and foreign clients. In addition, Ondřej specialises in legal advice on collective investment regulation (investment funds and investment companies), capital market and payment transactions. Ondřej also has experience in personal data protection.
Ondřej also publishes professional articles in legal journals and online, focusing mainly on current topics in the field of civil and labour law. Ondřej graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno in 2007. Since 2012 he has been an attorney-at-law registered in the list of attorneys of the Czech Bar Association.
Ondřej speaks English in addition to his native Czech.
