Mgr. Monika Švaříčková, LL.M.

Monika is a Senior Lawyer at the Weinhold Legal law firm, where she specializes in public procurement, litigation and ESG.

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Charles University in Prague (2012) and the School of Law at the University of Sussex in Brighton, England (Distinction, 2015), where she received an award for the best final thesis.

Monika first joined Weinhold Legal as a Junior Lawyer in 2012, she passed the bar exams in 2016, and from 2018 she was a Head of a legal department of a private train carrier. She returned to Weinhold Legal in 2020 as a Senior Lawyer.

As part of her practice, Monika collaborated on a number of projects for important Czech companies including several banks, mainly in the field of litigation. In 2016, Monika was among the authors of the publication Reformation or Deformation of the EU Public Procurement Rules, published by the British publisher Edward Elgar Publishing.

Besides her native Czech, she is also fluent in English.
