JUDr. Daniel Kinkor, LL.M.

Daniel has been with Weinhold Legal since 2021. His practice focuses primarily on litigation, arbitration, contract law and commercial law in general. He has been involved in representing clients before Czech courts as well as international arbitration tribunals (VIAC, LCIA). He has provided legal services to private sector clients (ČSOB, UniCredit, RENOMIA, LAMA) as well as to state institutions (Office for Government Representation in Property Affairs, Industrial Property Office). He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague (Mgr., JUDr.) and Peking University Law School in China (LL.M.), and is currently pursuing doctoral studies in the field of civil procedure.
