Weinhold Legal has appointed attorney Tereza Hošková as Associate Partner in September. Her promotion reflects not only her long-term professional development and legal expertise, but also her significant contribution to the growth of client relationships, business opportunities and the strengthening of Weinhold Legal’s position on the Czech legal market.

Tereza Hošková has been with Weinhold Legal since 2013, having started cooperating with the firm already during her law studies. Throughout her career, she has specialised primarily in commercial law, corporate governance and litigation, and subsequently in public procurement and regulatory matters related to technological development and the transformation of the business environment.

In her practice, Tereza has provided legal advice to a number of leading Czech and international companies, particularly in the areas of commercial law, regulatory matters, public procurement and technology. A significant part of her practice also focuses on advisory work in the area of public procurement and projects financed from public funds, where she has advised a wide range of public administration bodies, municipalities, healthcare organisations and other entities.
Tereza is also active in lecturing and publishing. She regularly prepares professional seminars and training sessions, particularly on topics related to personal data protection, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and public procurement.
Tereza Hošková graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and subsequently obtained further education in economics. She is registered as an attorney with the Czech Bar Association and is fluent in German and English in addition to Czech.
