Daniela is a law clerk at Weinhold Legal where she focuses primarily on civil law and personal data protection law.
Daniela graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law, Charles University, Prague in June 2024. Daniela also studied at the Catholic university of Porto within the Erasmus+ program where she has focused on IT law and Public international law.
Daniela joined Weinhold Legal in September 2024. Previously she worked as a paralegal at MEDDI hub a.s. and as a legal assistant at Photon Energy Corporate Services CZ s.r.o.
Apart from her Native Czech, Daniela is fluent in English and knows basics French.
