JUDr. Michal Przeczek, Ph.D.

Michal has been with Weinhold Legal since 2020. He specialises in corporate law, litigation, public procurement, and general advice in commercial and civil law. In his practice, he has provided legal services to clients from both the public sector (such as the City of Prague, the City of Olomouc, and the City of Kladno) and the private sector (including Metrostav, Citibank, and Leo Mobility). He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University, where he earned his Master’s degree in 2016, completed a Ph.D. at the Department of Commercial Law in 2020 (including a study stay at Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien), and was awarded the JUDr. title in 2021.
