Mgr. Jana Duchoňová
Senior Associate
Jana is senior lawyer at Weinhold Legal and she specialises primarily in corporate law, court and arbitral proceedings and competition law.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague in 2013, she also studied for two semesters at the Law Faculty in Tilburg in the Netherlands. Jana passed the bar exam and became a member of the Czech Bar Association in 2016.
Jana works as a junior lawyer in Weinhold Legal since 2013. Before that, she worked in Weinhold Legal at a student position for one year. During her studies, she also worked in another law office in Prague.
In her work, Jana participated in a number of projects for important Czech and international companies, mostly in the area of commercial law, civil law and related activities such as due diligence, representation in court and arbitral proceedings and competition law.
Apart from his native Czech, Jana is fluent in English.
