Are you about to graduate from law school and interested in the business environment and law in the digital world? Are you looking for a law firm where you won’t be stuck making coffee and formatting documents, but will be involved in real legal work and client projects from day one?
At our law firm, we pride ourselves on delivering precise work, taking a personal approach and fostering a friendly atmosphere. We are currently looking for a new colleague to join us as a Junior Associate. We are seeking a recent graduate who is eager to learn and interested in specialising in digital technologies.
What will you be doing at our firm?
- Digital Technology Law: You will work on matters involving IT contracts, digital regulation, e-commerce, technology projects and personal data protection (GDPR).
- A Broad Range of Client Work: Alongside IT law, you will gain experience in general corporate, commercial and broader contractual matters, giving you a strong, well-rounded foundation for the bar exam.
- Legal Analysis and Document Preparation: You will draft contracts and legal opinions and conduct legal research for corporate clients.
- Client Meetings: You will take part in client meetings, prepare supporting materials, summarise key conclusions and plan next steps, all in collaboration with the wider project team.
Who are we looking for?
- A recent graduate of a Czech law school—or someone with limited post-graduation experience—who is committed to pursuing a career in legal practice.
- Someone with an interest in digital technologies—you should be enthusiastic about modern technology and the digital world. Perhaps you wrote your thesis on the subject, completed courses on emerging technologies or are simply drawn to contract law in the online environment.
- A detail-oriented and reliable team player—we value logical thinking, a proactive approach, the ability to see tasks through to completion and strong time-management skills.
- A good command of Czech (native speaker) and English (C1) —you will need to be comfortable with Czech legal terminology and occasional international communication.
What do we offer, and what benefits can you look forward to?
- Compensation and Benefits: We offer competitive remuneration, a meal allowance and discounted mobile phone plans.
- A Regular Energy Boost: Healthy snacks, including fruit, vegetables and drinks, will always be available at the office to keep you energised throughout the day.
- A Strong Start to Your Career: Structured preparation for the bar exam under the guidance of experienced colleagues who will support you every step of the way.
- In-house Training and Mentoring: We believe in openly sharing our expertise. We will teach you everything from the ground up, provide regular feedback and give you opportunities to grow professionally within our team.
- Fair Working Conditions: Our administrative support is exceptionally well organised, allowing us to provide you with ideal conditions for a smooth and stress-free start.
- An Open Working Environment: We value a personal approach, fair treatment and a stable team without unnecessary corporate hierarchy.
- Holiday and Time Off: Five weeks of annual leave, plus sick days for when you are feeling under the weather.
- Additional Perks: The option of a MultiSport card and occasional remote working once you have settled into the role.
Start Date: 1 September 2026, or as otherwise agreed.
Does this sound like the right opportunity for you? Send us your CV and tell us what interests you about working in digital technology law. We look forward to hearing from you!
