- requirements for establishing a transparent compensation system, which should be in place as of January 1, 2027,
- Reporting on the gender pay gap and related employer obligations,
- in connection with the JMHZ (Unified Monthly Employer Report),
- inspections, penalties, and updates on legal disputes,
- Practical steps for preparing for the new requirements (HR, compliance, internal documentation).
