Mgr. Ing. Lenka Němečková

Lenka is an associate at Weinhold Legal, where she focuses mainly on real estate, construction and civil law projects.

Lenka is a graduate of the Faculty of Business at the Brno University of Technology (1994) and the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague (1998). Lenka completed a three-semester training programme on business management (1994-1995) under the Tempus programme of the European Union. In 2000, on the basis of a scholarship from the Italian government, she also completed a postgraduate course at the prestigious Italian Bocconi University of Economics in Milan, which focused on cross-border mergers. In 1997, she passed the professional examination of a tax advisor and she has been registered in the list of lawyers maintained by the Czech Bar Association since 2001.

Lenka practised at Weinhold Legal from 1998 to 2003 and then from 2019 to the present. Prior to 1998, Lenka worked as a tax consultant at Arthur Andersen, then one of the Big Six professional services firms. Between 2007 and 2019, Lenka worked exclusively as general counsel with the Czech holding company of the Italian State Railways. She has extensive experience in managing and coordinating complex legal transactions that require close cooperation between advisors and subcontractors of clients, as well as in managing projects involving governmental or intergovernmental organizations.

In addition to Czech, he is fluent in English and Italian.
