Mgr. Karolína Šindelářová
Senior Associate
Karolina is an advocate at Weinhold Legal and she specializes primarily on corporate law, labour law, competition law, IP law and also on data protection.
She graduated from the University of Economics in Prague in 2010 and from the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague in 2013, Karolina also studied a few months at the Burgundy School of Business in Dijon, France.
Karolina joined Weinhold Legal in 2011 as legal assistant. Since 2013 Karolina has worked a legal consipient. In 2016 Karolina was promoted to Senior lawyer and since 2017 she has been registered as advocate with the Czech Bar Association.
In her work, Karolina participated in a number of projects for important Czech and international companies, mostly in the area of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, related activities such as due diligence, and consultancy regarding labour law and competition law. Recently, Karolina has focused on data protection law.
Apart from her native Czech, Karolina is fluent in English and she also speaks French.
