Draft Amendment to the Consumer Credit Act

The government has approved a draft amendment to the Consumer Credit Act, which was submitted to it by the Minister of Finance. The amendment transposes the requirements of Directive (EU) 2023/2225 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 18, 2023, on consumer credit agreements and repealing Directive 2008/48/EC (hereinafter “CCD2”).
