Our competition lawyers have experiences with the Czech Antimonopoly Office and the Slovak Antimonopoly Office, mainly in proceedings regarding restrictive practices and the approval of concentration in an industry. In addition, our lawyers often lecture in the field of competition law at management seminars and professional conferences.
We were awarded the accolade "The Law Firm of the Year 2008" in the Competition Law category in the first year of a competition organised by the publisher epravo.cz under the auspices of the Czech Bar Association.
