We represented the Slovak state on its victory in its defence of a bilateral international treaty arbitration brought by Austrian Airlines. We acted as the local counsel, alongside the lead counsel David A.Pawlak LLC.

Weinhold Legal was chosen to provide complex legal services to the Czech Ministry of Interior in relation to the basic public administration registers which are in the competence of the Ministry, and the information system of the basic public administration registers (following the newly adopted Act on Basic Registers). The work included numerous public tenders, contracts between the state and selected ICT firms, etc.

Odhadovaná hodnota koncese.je 3,2 miliardy CZK. Naše služby zahrnovaly přípravu koncesního řízení, přípravu koncesní smlouvy, projednávání smlouvy a technickou podporu Evropské komise.
Weinhold Legal provided legal services to Vodárenská společnost Táborsko, (Water Company of the Táborsko Region) in connection with the organisation of a tender for selecting a utility operator in the Táborsko region for a 10-year period. The expected value of the bid is CZK 3.2 billion. Our services included organisation of the tender, preparation of the bid contract, dealings concerning technical assistance of the European Commission, etc.

Weinhold Legal has been chosen to represent the Czech state in the arbitration case launched against the Czech Republic by Eastern Sugar B.V., the mother company of one of the largest sugar producers, based on the Czech-Dutch treaty on investment protection.
Weinhold Legal was chosen to represent the Czech state in the arbitration cases initiated against the Czech Republic by ZIPimex/Nreka based on the Czech-Croatian treaty on investment protection.
Weinhold Legal was also chosen to represent the Czech state in the arbitration case initiated by R.J. Binder based on the Czech-German treaty on investment protection.
